Several times in this blog series we have examined signal processing and filtering signals. When we have done this, we have generally used Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filters. In this blog we are going to look at using Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filters. IIR filters can offer us a sharper cut-off filter more efficiently in terms of resource usage.
